Bittersweet Yoga

Expect classes to be lighthearted and unorthodox. It is a kickbutt restorative class. Sequences challenge your structure and nervous system to bring about a more resilient way of being. Leave class feeling like you got a massage and a workout at the same time. 

Non-heated. 60 min. Good for students of all levels. 


Candlelight Vinyasa

Unwind from your long day in the sanctuary of a dimly lit room. Expect vinyasa sequences to restore the body and release stress and toxins that have built up throughout the day. Warmed between 84-89 degrees.

Intermediate / Advanced  Vinyasa

This class will explore more complex movements and sequences including arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations learned in previous vinyasa classes. These fun yet challenging classes may incorporate deeper backbends, hip opening, twists, and forward folds that are designed, thru detailed alignment, modifications and props, to help take your practice to the next level! Class move steadily thru warmup, advanced work and cool down.
Warmed between 84-89. 60 min. Experience required. 

Mindful Flow + Meditation

This 60-minute class will offer 30 minutes of deep, warming, meditative vinyasa flow followed by 20 minutes of guided breath work and meditation and a long, juicy savasana to close.

Non-heated. 60 min. Good for students of all levels and those interested in learning and/or deepening their pranayama (breath work) and meditation practices.


 Power Yoga

Strengthening vinyasa flow. Expect a rigorous, fast paced, make-you-sweat practice. This is a strong and fun class with up-beat music.
Warmed between 84-89 degrees or heated between 90-98 degrees. 60 min. Good for students who are physically active, interested in the fitness benefits of yoga and are ready to dive in! 

Vinyasa

Experience a dynamic series of sequenced postures that seamlessly flow together. Accompanied by energizing music.
Warmed between 84-89 degrees. 60-75 min. Good for students at all levels. 

Yoga Basics  

Yoga Basics is a one hour class designed for beginners or practitioners wanting to refine the foundation of their practice. If you are new to yoga, revisiting it after a long break, or wanting to enhance your practice, this class is for you. You will explore healthy alignment and actions of basic poses, focus on breathe and build a solid foundation for your personal practice.
Non-heated. 60 min. Good for beginners and those looking to refine their practice. 

YoStrong

YoStrong integrates yoga postures with weight training and athletic conditioning. This is a high-intensity interval training class that incorporates hand weights for a full-body workout. Expect to sweat, work hard, have fun, and jam out!

Warmed between 84-89 degrees or heated between 92-99 degrees. 60 min. Good for students who are physically active and are ready to work hard!


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to a more physical practice. The yin practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. Non-heated room.

Restorative Yoga

This class will begin with a short, gentle warm-up flow followed by long-held therapeutic postures and stretches supported by the use of props for a full-body and mind relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a great compliment to an active lifestyle or regular flow practice and promotes healing on the deepest level through rebalancing the nervous system.
Non-heated. 60 min. Good for beginners and those looking for a break from active practices.
