Mindful Flow + Meditation
This 60-minute class will offer 30 minutes of deep, warming, meditative vinyasa flow followed by 20 minutes of guided breath work and meditation and a long, juicy savasana to close.

Yoga Basics is a one hour class designed for beginners or practitioners wanting to refine the foundation of their practice. If you are new to yoga, revisiting it after a long break, or wanting to enhance your practice, this class is for you. You will explore healthy alignment and actions of basic poses, focus on breathe and build a solid foundation for your personal practice.

YoStrong integrates yoga postures with weight training and athletic conditioning. This is a high-intensity interval training class that incorporates hand weights for a full-body workout. Expect to sweat, work hard, have fun, and jam out!

Yin yoga is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to a more physical practice. The yin practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. Non-heated room.
